The suction-type dispensing valve uses an upward movement to maintain the glue structure, which simultaneously stops the flow of fluid and reduces the amount of glue that is left on the remaining needle. The pneumatically actuated suction displacement valve is intended for dispensing low to medium viscosity material in consistent volume shots up to 0.15cc. The valve, which has two built-in check valves to regulate material flow, is cycled by supplying air pressure to the airports.
